The Stash Bash is hosting a fall retreat nicknamed the “Mini Bash”. This event is October 15-18, 2015 at the Wingate by Wyndham Airport Hotel in Greenville, SC. Tickets go on sale Monday, July 6th at noon Eastern Time. Single Room tickets are $450 and Double Room tickets are $299. Registration opens next week for The Stash Bash 2015! Registrants will have the option to pay in full or to split the payments in half. With the split payment option, the first half is due upon registration with the balance due by February 1st. Please note that all tickets, regardless of payment type, are non-refundable. Should you become unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. The Stash Bash will try to help connect ticket sellers with ticket buyers.
In order to choose the split payment plan, you must use the discount code HALF when registering. This is the only way to process a split payment registration. Under the list of registration types is a small box to select “I have a discount code”. Once selected, another box will appear so that you can enter HALF and then select the Apply button. The registration page will look like the photo below. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any questions.
We are SO EXCITED to open registration for next year’s event! Once registered, you will be invited to join the Stash Bash Attendee Google Group. This is where all further communication will happen, and it is a great place to connect with others coming to the retreat. Once in the Google Group, you can arrange rides, swaps, etc. and start getting even more excited about all of the great stitchers you will meet in April.
How exciting to announce the THIRD ANNUAL Stash Bash sewing and quilting retreat! Please mark your calendars for the registration dates coming in early November. Ticket prices and registration options will be listed by the end of September. The Stash Bash will be returning to the Calvin Center next year and will take place April 23-26, 2015. Registration will open at noon (EST) Wednesday, November 5th for RETURNING attendees and at noon (EST) Friday, November 7th for NEW attendees. There are 65 tickets available. Based on this year’s event response, I expect tickets to go very quickly. Unfortunately, we will not be able to add any spots to the retreat in the event it sells out. We are limited by the space in the big sewing room. For this reason, The Stash Bash will also not be able to offer day passes. Thanks for your understanding. We can’t wait for another great Stash Bash!
Please note some changes to tickets options:
*This time there will not be an option to add Thursday night. ALL tickets include Thursday night!
*Lodging options remain the same with one exception: triple occupancy private rooms are no longer available. The choices are bunk, single private or shared (double) private room.
*All tickets include meals beginning with Thursday night dinner and going through Sunday morning breakfast. Attendees can arrive as early as Thursday at noon and leave as late as Sunday at noon.
